摘要
目的对左氧沙星与磷霉素联用对金黄色葡萄球菌体外杀菌活性进行探究分析。对左氧沙星单用以及与磷霉素联用的杀菌效果进行了解。方法选3株MSSAATCC29213、临床分离菌SA99、SARN450并且选取1株临床分离的MRSAB6177,采取菌落计数法对不同浓度的左氧沙星或者是磷霉素单用以及两药联合应用对3株MSSA和1株MRSA进行体外杀菌进行实验。结果左氧沙星的实验结果表现出对浓度有依赖性。左氧沙星与磷霉素进行单用时,两药1/4MIC浓度尽管不能对MSSA的生长予以抑制,但是当两药亚抑菌浓度进行联合使用时,则表现出了杀菌效应以及协同效应。结论亚抑菌浓度两药进行联合使用表现出了杀菌效应以及协同效应。左氧沙星与磷霉素联用对MRSA也会产生显著的杀菌活性。
Objective Levofloxacin and fosfomycin combined with star of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro bactericidal activity to explore the analysis.Star of levofloxacin and fosfomycin alone and combined with the bactericidal effect of understanding.Methods Elections of 3 MSSAATCC29213,clinical isolates SA99,SARN450 and select one clinical isolates of MRSAB6177,take colony count of different concentrations of levofloxacin star or fosfomycin alone and in combination of two drugs for three MSSA and 1 MRSA in vitro bactericidal experiment.The Results levofloxacin star experimental results showed concentration-dependent manner.Levofloxacin and fosfomycin to sing alone,the two drugs 1/4MIC concentration although not to inhibit the growth of MSSA,but when sub-inhibitory concentrations of the two drugs when used in combination,showed a bactericidal effect and synergistic effect.Conclusions Sub-MIC concentrations for the two drugs in combination demonstrated bactericidal effects and synergy.Levofloxacin combined with satellite and fosfomycin against MRSAmay have a significant bactericidal activity.
