摘要
目的:研究枸杞多糖对骨质疏松大鼠血清Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端前肽(PICP)、Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(ICTP)及钙、磷、镁、碱性磷酸酶等生化指标的影响。方法:SD大鼠45只分为假手术组、模型组、枸杞多糖低剂量组、枸杞多糖高剂量组和已烯雌酚组,每组9只。除假手术组外其余各组均行去势手术,常规饲养2个月后,假手术组和模型组按5mL/(kg.d)的生理盐水灌胃,枸杞多糖低、高剂量组按10、40mg/(kg.d)枸杞多糖灌胃,已烯雌酚组按0.1mg/(kg.3d)的已烯雌酚腹腔注射。3个月后取血清行PICP、ICTP及钙、磷、镁、碱性磷酸酶检测。结果:5组大鼠血清PICP、ICTP、钙、磷、镁、碱性磷酸酶浓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=42.092、21.018、11.901、4.180、15.022和3.850,P均<0.05)。血清PICP和ICTP水平:与模型组比较,枸杞多糖低、高剂量组和已烯雌酚组下降;与枸杞多糖低剂量组比较,枸杞多糖高剂量组和已烯雌酚组下降。血清钙和镁水平:与模型组比较,枸杞多糖低、高剂量组下降更显著。血清磷和碱性磷酸酶水平:与模型组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量组下降更显著。结论:枸杞多糖可以显著降低骨质疏松症的高骨代谢状态。
Aim:To study the effect of lyceums barbarism polysaccharides(LBP) on pro-collagen type Ⅰ carboxy-terminal propertied(PICP),carboxyterminal cross linked telopeptide of typeⅠ collagen(ICTP),and other biochemical indexes of rats with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 45 SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,model group,low-dose LBP group,high-dose LBP group and diethylstilbestrol group,9 rats in each group.Rats in model,low-dose LBP,high-dose LBP and diethylstilbestrol groups underwent surgery of ovariectomize and then were fed normally for two months.Each group took appropriated treatment.Three months later,the serum concentrations of PICP,ICTP,Ca2+,P,Mg2+ and ALT were determined.Results:The serum concentrations of PICP,ICTP,Ca2+,P,Mg2+ and ALT among 5 groups had significant differences((F=42.092,21.018,11.901,4.180,15.022,and 3.850,P0.05).The serum concentrations of PICP and ICTP:compared with the model group,they decreased in low-dose LBP,high-dose LBP,and diethylstilbestrol groups;compared with low-dose LBP group,they decreased in high-dose LBP and diethylstilbestrol groups.The serum concentrations of Mg2+ and Ca2+:compared with that in the model group,they decreased in low-dose LBP and high-dose LBP groups.The serum concentrations of P and ALT:compared with the model group,they decreased in low-dose LBP group.Conclusion:LBP could inhibit the high metabolism status of osteoporosis rats.
