摘要
随着我国建筑行业的快速发展,建筑工程造价早已成为我国建筑工程项目管理的首要工作。而如何在保证建筑施工质量的前提下,做好建筑工程造价控制,提高建筑资金使用效率,已经成为我国建筑投资及经营者高度关注的重要问题。笔者就建筑工程造价控制中各个阶段的影响因素进行了粗浅分析,并提出了几点个人建议。
