摘要
本文首先从地基基础谈了一些不必要的浪费．如地基在满足条件下不应埋置太深等；其二随意提高强度等级也是一种不小的浪费；另外不按规程设计．无限度地加大抗震等，都会加大资金的流失。
In this paper. first, unessential wastes were discussed from subgrade. For example. The subgrade should not bury deep too much on condition that it has enough strength. Second. increasing grade of strength over is another kind of waste. increasing unlimited antiknock enhances the lose of the investment.
