摘要
设计了一种基于无线传输的变压器局部放电在线监测方案,解决了传输电缆不便安装和维修的问题。在网络协议中采取了节能措施,使检测器能够持续工作7年以上;在检测器中增加了一些硬件电路,可对局部放电产生的超声波信号进行预处理,有效地排除了各种干扰,大大压缩了数据量,降低了系统造价。采用AD8307对数放大器对超声波信号进行放大,既保证了检测精度,又扩大了检测范围。测试结果表明,该检测装置的检测范围为30~10 000pC,相对误差小于±10%,满足设计要求。
An online detection scheme of partial discharge of transformers is proposed based on wireless transmission.The transmission cable inconvenient installation and maintenance problems are solved.Energy saving measures is taken in the network protocol,which can make the detector work for more than 7 years.The hardware circuits are increased in the detector.The ultrasonic signal produced by partial discharge can be pretreated by these circuits.So the interference can be eliminated effectively,the data is compressed greatly,and the cost of system is reduced.AD8307 logarithmic amplifier is used to amplify ultrasonic wave signals,which not only guaranties the precision of detection,but also expands the range of detection.The result of detection shows that the range of detection is from 30~10 000 pC,relative error is less than ±10%.This result satisfies the design requirements.
