摘要 为研究GIS和电力变压器中局部放电超高频电磁波信号在设备内外的传播特性,结合脉冲功率技术中亚ns及ps脉冲产生的相关原理,通过对Marx发生器产生的ns脉冲进行前沿陡化和尾部削切处理,得到了一种高压ps脉冲信号。实测结果表明:利用该方法研制的高压ps脉冲发生器可产生幅值28.12kV、前沿250ps(10%~90%)以内、脉宽600ps(半高宽)的高压ps脉冲信号,并具有放电稳定、重复性好的特点,可作为一个已知特性的、能够产生特定超高频信号的局部放电信号源,进而为局部放电超高频信号检测奠定了基础。 In order to study the propagation characteristic of ultra-high frequency electromagnetic partial discharge signal inside or outside the GIS and power transformer,a kind of high-amplitude picosecond pulse was obtained through cut processing the steep and tail on the Marx generator based on the related principle of nanosecond and picosecond pulse from the pulse power technology. The experimental results show that the picosecond pulse generator can produce one pulse with 28.12 kV in peak-to-peak value,less than 250 ps(10%~90%)in drop and 600 ps(full width at half maximum)in the pulse width. Meanwhile ,the electric discharge is stable and the duplicated characteristic is also great. This kind of pulse can be used as a particular partial discharge signal source with the known feature and the special ultra-high frequency. The pulse proposed in this paper can set the stage for the study of detecting the ultra-high frequency signal of partial discharge laid GIS and the power transformer.
