摘要
[目的]建立金花葵籽中总黄酮含量的测定方法。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定金花葵籽总黄酮含量。[结果]采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.005~0.025 mg/ml有良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.016%;金花葵籽中总黄酮的含量为2.08。[结论]所用方法简便、准确,可用于金花葵籽的质量控制。
[Objective] The aim was to establish the method for determining total flavonoids content in Golden Kwai seed.[Method] UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids.[Result] The results showed that in the range of 0.005-0.025 mg/ml,the excellent 1inear relationship was obtained with the relative coefficient of 0.999 9,the average recovery rate of 100.4%,the RSD of 0.016%;total flavonoids content in Golden Kwai seed was 2.08.[Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable,which could be used to control the quality of Golden Kwai seed.
