摘要
大学章程是现代大学制度建设的重要内涵。大学应通过章程的制订和完善,对本校重大的、基本的事项做出明确的规定。新建本科院校还应通过章程建设,思考和解决涉及事关学校发展的若干重大问题。
University statute is an important part in modern university system.Universities should clearly stipulate their important and basic matters by formulating and improving the statutes.The newly-established colleges and universities should also consider and solve the crucial problems as to their development by constructing the statues.
