摘要
目的:探讨贝那普利联合氯沙坦治疗高血压心脏病患者的降压效果及对左室重构的影响。方法:将140例高血压心脏病患者随机分入对照组与观察组,每组各70例。给予对照组患者贝那普利口服,观察组患者接受贝那普利联合氯沙坦口服治疗。治疗6月后比较两组降压效果及超声心动图的改变。结果:治疗后6月观察组患者降压疗效评定治疗总有效率为92.9%,显著优于对照组81.4%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组左室收缩末期内径(LVEDD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVESD)及舒张期末室间隔(IVS)厚度显著下降,左室射血分数(LVEF)显著增加,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合氯沙坦治疗高血压心脏病患者的降压效果理想,可逆转左室重构,改善心脏舒张功能。
Objective： To explore the antihypertensive effect of benazepril combined with losartan in hypertensive heart disease and its influence on left ventricular remodeling.Methods：A total of 140 cases with hypertensive heart disease were divided into control group and experience group with 70 patients in each group.Control group received oral benazepril and experience group were given benazepril combined with losartan.Antihypertensive effect and echocardiography index 6 months after treatment were compared between two groups.Results：The effective rates of experience group 6 months after treatment was 92.9%,higher than the 81.4% in control group（P0.05）;LVEDD,LVESD,IVS and LVEF of experience group were significantly decreased comparing with that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Benazepril combined with losartan is effective for hypertensive heart disease since it can improve left ventricular remodeling and cardiac diastolic function.
