摘要
目的:观察卡托普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例,在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用卡托普利,对照组30例仅以常规的综合治疗。结果:对照组显效9例,有效7例,无效14例,总有效率为53.3%,卡托普利组显效14例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组有2例出现皮疹,1例出现粒细胞稍降低。结论:卡托普利治疗缺血性心力衰竭疗效显著,能改善充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective：To study the effect of captopril in treating ischemic heart failure.Method： 30 cases in treatment group were given captopril on the conventional treatment for heart failure.30 cases in control group adopted the conventional therapy.Result： The total effective rate was 53.3% and 76.7% in control group and treatment group respectively.The effective case,better case and more effective case was 9,14;7,9;14,7 respecitvely in control group and treatment group.There＇s significant difference between them（P0.05）.There were two cases with rash and one case with granulocyte induced in treatment group.Conclusion： There＇s good effect to treat ischemic heart failure with captopril it can improve the heart function of patients with congesive heart failure,can improve the life quality of patients.
