摘要
行政总值效能是反映医院管理水平的重要指标之一。通过分析某医院近3年行政总值工作情况,指出目前行政总值工作存在部分行政总值缺乏医学知识和管理经验、行政总值考评机制不足等问题。并提出加强值班员准入,构建与整合多轨道值班模式,定期培训和完善考核等策略。
The efficiency of Administrative General - on - Duty is one of the important indicators reflecting management lev- el of hospitals, This article analyses the workload of Administrative General - on - Duty in the past four years in some hospital ! E- nunciates the specific practices, and tries to explore strategy of improving the administrative efficiency from the points of strengthening entrance of people on duty , Building and integrating a model of various track on duty, regular trainings and perfecting examinations etc.
