摘要
针对历年来江西宜春地区须远赴青海省西宁进行两系杂交油菜制种的问题 ,探索了在江西当地选择海拔高 ,昼夜温差大的山区 ,进行两系杂交油菜制种的可能性。重点分析比较了青海西宁与江西靖安中源山区的气候条件。结果表明 :江西靖安中源山区安排在 2月下旬~ 3月上旬播种 ,可能获得两系杂交油菜繁殖制种的成功 ,但产量和纯度得不到保证。而青海西宁的春季升温缓慢、长日照、少雨湿度低等条件远远优于江西山区气候条件 ,制种纯度可靠 ,产量可达 1875kg/hm2 (江西靖安为 60 0kg/hm2 )。因此 ,在青海西宁进行两系杂交油菜制种更合算 ,而江西适于两用不育系 5 0 1 8s的繁殖。
According to analyzing the climatic elements between Xining city in Qinghai province and the Jiangan mountain area of Jiangxi province, seed multiplication and production of two-line hybrid rape could be carried out in the mountain area if sowed at the end of February - the beginning of March, but the slowly raising of temperature, long daylight, low humidity etc. in Xining city in Qinghai province were more suitable for rape seed production than that in the mountain area in Jiangxi province, and the yield of seed production amounted to 1 875 kg/hm 2 in Xining city in Qinghai province but 600 kg/hm 2 in Xining city in Qinghai province. The multiplication of rape sterile line-501-8s may be done in Jiangxi province.
