摘要
论述了屯兰矿选煤厂现使用的皮带调偏装置的现状,分析了导致皮带跑偏的原因,介绍了一种能够实现皮带跑偏故障检测及保护的装置,该装置的核心部分采用无源液控联动纠偏机进行控制和调整皮带的跑偏。该装置在屯兰矿选煤厂精煤运输系统使用后,运行良好,性能稳定,提高了企业的生产效率。
