摘要
皮带机运输常见故障有跑偏、撒料、减速器断轴、打滑等故障,皮带运输机运转是否正常直接影响矿井产量,针对井下皮带运输机常见的几种故障,结合日常运行管理经验,分析皮带运输机发生故障的原因,提出处理故障的办法,从而提高皮带机运输效率。
Common malfunctions of belt conveyer are as follows： deviation, spillage, broken axle in reduction gear, skid and so on. Whether the belt conveyer could run in good order may direcdy affect the output. To aim at several malfunctions which are common found in underground rubber belt conveyer, and together with experience of daily running and management, this paper analyses reasons of those malfunctions, and also puts forward the solution to those ,roblems. Thus, the conveying efficiency could be improved a lot.
