摘要
目的评估高血压病例管理适宜技术的实施对试点区高血压人群规范用药及血压控制的作用。方法通过前后比较的类实验方法,利用随访数据的随机效应的Logistic回归模型,评估适宜技术对高血压病例管理的作用,研究选取4个试点区分别于项目实施前、后进行两次调查形成了基线数据和终线数据。结果适宜技术的实施使患者的服药率提高了11.9%(P<0.001);血压控制率提高了14.7%(P<0.001)。结论适宜技术通过规范行医行为,提高了患者的用药依从性和血压控制效果,发挥了社区医疗机构在高血压病例管理方面的积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying appropriate technologies of hypertension on standard medication and blood control in hypertension patients in pilot areas.Methods A pre-post quasi-experiment design,and longitudinal logistic regression model were taken to identify the impact of appropriate technologies of hypertension management.The subjects from 4 pilot districts were sampled.The data before and after the implementation of appropriate technologies were collected.Results After implementation of appropriate technologies,the rate of drug usage by patients was increased by 11.9%（P〈0.001）;and the rate of blood pressure control was increased by 14.7%（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The implementation of appropriate technologies increases the compliance of medication and control of hypertension,and enable the community health sectors to play an active role on chronic disease management.
