摘要
生产实习是高校本科生实践教学的重要环节。北京农学院农学专业通过改革生产实习与就业实习同时进行的现状,在就业实习之前安排为期3个月的生产实习,并尝试了"分散"和"集中"两种组织形式不同的实习方式,较好地提高了学生的实践能力和综合素质。
The production practice is an important link in the practice section of undergraduate syllabus.The traditional model which synchronically involves production practice and employment practice was reformed at Beijing University of Agriculture and the new staged model was adopted with a three months production practice in advance of employment practice in the forms of both ＂scattered＂ and ＂group＂ practices.All these reform and efforts had been awarded with the upgrading of students＇ all-round quality and practical skills.
