摘要
用砂磨和超声的方法制备了纳米ATO的水分散液,讨论了pH、分散剂种类和分散剂质量分数对纳米ATO分散液粒径和分散稳定性的影响.经Zeta电位、粒度分析以及沉降试验对分散液进行了表征.结果表明:砂磨加超声的方法能够有效地减小纳米分散液的粒径,而具有空间位阻和静电稳定双重作用的分散剂聚羧酸钠有良好的分散效果,能够制备稳定的分散液.当分散液pH=8、聚羧酸钠质量分数为0.6%时,对涤纶进行抗静电整理,获得了良好的效果(静电半衰期<2 s,达到A级标准).
An aqueous dispersion of nano-ATO was prepared by sand grinder and ultrasonic dispersion.The effects of pH,types and amount of dispersant on particle size and stability of ATO dispersion were discussed.The property of the dispersion was characterized by Zeta potential,particle size analysis and sedimentation experiment.The results showed that the particle diameter could be reduced by sand grinder and ultrasonic dispersion.The sodium polycarboxylate dispersant had the best dispersion effect for the dual roles of steric hindrance and electrostatic stabilization,and stable dispersion could be obtained.It was applied to the antistatic finish of polyester and good results(static voltage half-life 2 s,reached standard A) could be obtained when pH=8 and the dosage of sodium polycarboxylate was 0.6%.
