摘要
采用新开发的阳离子涂料对纯棉针织物染色。通过分析染色浴比、阳离子涂料用量、染色温度、时间和匀染剂用量等工艺因素对染色效果的影响,优化了棉针织物染色工艺:阳离子涂料15%(omf),浴比1∶10,70℃染色保温30 min,匀染剂1227 6 g/L,加入涂料牢度提升剂DM-2592 10 g/L,40℃保温20 min,上染率达99%,最后经硅油和湿摩擦牢度提升剂同浴浸轧整理。
With new developed cationic pigments, dyeing of cotton knitted fabric is carried out. The effects of various techno-logical factors on dyeing are analyzed, such as liquor ratio, dosage of cationic pigment and leveling agent, dyeing temperature and time. The optimized dyeing process is as follows: cationic pigment 15% (omf), liquor ratio lower than 1 : 30,dyeing at 70 ℃ for 30 minutes, leveling agent 1227 6 g/L,adding fastness improver DM-2592 10 g/L, cooling to 40 ℃ and keeping at least for 20 minutes. Then padding finish with silicone oil and wet rubbing fastness improver in one bath is carried out. The end products feature good handle and color fastness, dyeing effluents is clear and transparent. The dye-uptake can reach 99%.
