摘要
目的调查门诊输液室护士职业安全现状并分析其发生原因,探讨有效的防护措施。方法采用问卷调查法,对门诊输液室24名护士职业暴露现状进行分析。结果护士职业暴露发生率为100.00%;近1年内有95.83%的人接触过患者的血液,91.67%的人有安瓿割伤史,针刺伤发生率为45.83%;针刺伤后仅有7.4%上报医院。结论门诊输液室护士职业暴露发生率高,报告率低,存在职业安全风险;医院应加强职业安全教育,提高防护意识,合理调配人力资源,保障门诊输液室护士的职业安全。
OBJECTIVE To investigate occupational safety of the nurses in outpatient infusion room and analyze the risk factors, so as to propose effective protection measures. METHODS Through the questionnaire, the current situation of occupational exposures to 24 nurses in outpatient infusion room was analyzed. RESULTS The incidence of occupational exposure was 100. 00% 95.83% of the investigated nurses had been exposed to patient＇s blood within one year, 91. 67% got cut injuries due to ampoules, the incidence of needle injuries was 45.83% ; only 7.4%reported to the hospital after needle stick injuries. CONCLUSION The incidence of occupational exposure to the nurses in outpatient infusion room is high, seldom being reported, there are risks of occupational safety it is necessary for hospital to strengthen occupational safety education, improve self-protection awareness, and reasonably deploy human resources so as to ensure the occupational safety of nurses in outpatient infusion room.
