摘要
分布式冷热电联产技术符合"温度对口,梯级利用"的科学用能原则,是实现节能减排的重要途径。以内燃机为动力装置的冷热电联产系统在国内外已有一定的应用,但在单元技术和系统集成技术上仍处于较低水平,系统节能率较低。新一代内燃机分布式冷热电联产技术通过吸收式除湿技术、升温型热泵技术等对内燃机缸套水低温余热进行更为有效的利用,使系统节能率上升至25%以上。本文介绍了内燃机分布式冷热电联产技术的研究现状和应用现状,对新一代内燃机分布式冷热电联产技术应用的发展趋势进行了系统分析。
Distributed CCHP technologies are in conformity with the principle of "temperature suited,cascade utilization",using energy scientifically,it is a very important method to realize the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction.Internal combustion engine CCHP system has been used at home and abroad to a certain extent.However,cell technologies and systems integration are still at a low level,so is the energy saving-ratio of system.Through using absorption dehumidification technology and heating heat pump technology,internal combustion engine jacket water with low temperature exhaust heat can be used more effectively,and the energy-saving ratio of system can be over 25%.The current situations of research and application are introduced in this paper,and a systematic analysis is provided about technologies and developmental tendency of internal combustion engine CCHP system.
