摘要
在介绍梯次利用动力电池储能所面临的战略机遇的基础上,通过国内外文献梳理,对梯次利用动力电池储能的特点、主要功能和可能的收益进行分析和总结,并提出梯次利用动力电池储能所面临的旧电池技术性能和经济性问题;然后,在总结现有应用案例的基础上,分析不同应用领域和规模的梯次利用动力电池储能的应用前景;最后,从效益与风险评估、政策与准入机制、示范应用、产业链整合、典型借鉴等方面提出发展梯次利用动力电池储能产业的对策建议。
Based on the introduction on the strategy prospects of Second Use Batteries for Energy Storage, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics, main functions and possible profits of Second Use Batteries for Energy Storage through the view of literature review, and also summarizes the technological and economical challenges that the industry may face. Then, based on recent cases, this paper analyzes the application prospects of Second Use Batteries for Energy Storage in different areas and scales. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions for this industry, including profits and risks assessment, policies and market access, demonstration, industry chain integration, international experiences and so on.
