摘要
目前我国经济发展面临的资源约束日益严峻,因此,可再生资源的利用尤为重要。应大力发展资源再生产业,提高资源的利用效率,实现可持续发展,以尽可能小的资源消耗和环境成本,获得尽可能大的经济效益和社会效益。实现再生资源产业的快速发展,必须走以回收网络、物流基地为枢纽、再生资源综合利用基地有机结合的道路。
At present our country economic development is facing increasingly severe resource constraints. Therefore, the use of renewable resouces is particularly important. We should develop renewable resource industry and improve the efficiency of resources utilization, realize the continuous development, to as little as possible with the resource consumption and environmental cost, obtain as far as possible the economic benefits and social benefit. Implementation of renewable resources industry rapid development, we must the reclaim net, the logistic base and the integrated reuse base to realize the speediness development of regeneration industry.
