摘要
在介绍我国资源利用严峻形势的基础上,从废弃物回收的社会经济和环境影响角度,探讨了再生资源回收利用的根本目的和必要措施。
Based on the analysis of the current resource situation in China, we first discussed that the ultimate aim of the recycling utilization was to protect the environment and to keep the sustaining development of economy. At the same time, we indicated that the cost of economy and environment should be considered in the recycling work, and the higher rate of recycling was not certainly for the better result. Secondly, we analyzed the effect of the cost of recycling and disposal, then we pointed out that the waste producer must afford the fee of its treatment for the recvcling utilization.
