摘要
目的比较不同应力类型对骨皮质骨细胞密度大小的影响。方法选取成年猎犬10只,处死后取左侧第九肋骨标本垂直切片,观察并测量肋骨内外侧骨皮质中骨单位面积、哈佛氏管面积、骨细胞数量,进行统计学比较。结果肋骨外侧骨单位面积小于内侧,哈佛氏管面积差异没有意义。而肋骨外侧骨细胞密度大于内侧。结论皮质骨骨单位面积大小及骨细胞密度可能与应力类型有关。应力类型的不同可能通过作为力学感受器的骨细胞的调节骨转换率的作用最终实现骨细胞密度的不同。
Objective To compare the effect of different strain on the osteocyte distribution in the cortical bone.Methods Ten adult beagles were selected.Their left 9th ribs were excised to make vertical slices after death.Bone unit area,Haversian canal area,and the number of the osteocyte in the internal and external sides of ribs were observed and measured.And the results were analyzed statistically.Results The bone unit area in the external side of the rib was lower than that in the internal side.The difference of Haversian canal area between the internal and external side of the rib was not statistically significant.The osteocyte density in the external side was statistically higher than that in the internal side.Conclusion The bone unit area and osteocyte density may be related to the type of strain.The different strain type may function through regulating the bone remodeling of the osteocyte as mechanical sensor to lead to the difference of osteocyte density.
