摘要
高校校园文化建设是高校校园物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设和活动文化建设的有机结合,是在特定的教育活动中所形成的个性化文化形态。随着和谐社会的发展,高校校园文化建设成为提升高校办学水平、办学层次、建设和谐校园的有效办法。然而,高校校园文化建设实践中出现了急功近利、建设体系失衡、功能滞后等现状。从高校校园文化的内涵出发,分析现状中的不足,提出了相应对策。
College campus culture is the organic integration of the material,spiritual,institutional and activity cultures,and it is one of the specific cultural forms which is gradually shaped in certain educational activities.With the development of the harmonious society,the construction of college campus culture has become one of the effective ways for a college to improve its school-running level and build a harmonious campus.However,there are some problems in the construction,such as short-term plans,imbalance of construction systems,function lag and so on.This paper firstly studies the connotation of college campus culture,and then analyzed the problems in its construction.Finally,the paper provides some countermeasure for the construction.
