摘要
目的:探讨青春期白血病患儿疾病诊断的获知途径及其感受,为医护人员及家长与患儿沟通疾病信息提供指导。方法:采用质性研究的深入访谈法,对18位白血病患儿进行个体化访谈,使用内容分析法对资料进行分析。结果:青春期白血病患儿的疾病获知途径主要有家长告知、病友告知、患儿主动发现、意外获知。获知疾病诊断后的即刻情绪反应主要有愤怒、震惊、恐惧、害怕、伤心、平静接受。结论:青春期白血病患儿通过多种途径获知疾病诊断,获知疾病诊断后的情绪反应和患儿的年龄及预先对疾病的了解程度有关。医护人员及家长应在恰当的时机为患儿提供积极的疾病信息,避免剧烈情绪反应的发生。
To discuss the way and feeling of obtaining disease diagnosis of adolescence with leukemia in order to help medical staff and parents to communicate disease information with them. Methods：In -depth interviews were conducted with 18 adolescence leukemia patients using a qualitative re- search, content analysis was used to analysis the data. Resuhs ：The ways of known their disease were told by their parents, told by other patients,initiative found,surprised to learn. The feeling of known their disease were anger, shock, frightened, fear, sad, calm. Conclusion：Adoleseence leukemia patients through various channels to learn their illness diagnosed. Their feeling related with the age and knowledge that they have learned before. Position disease in- formation should be told by medical staffs and parents at at^vrooriate time.
