摘要
油田开发中后期,地层压力下降,注水见效差,地层注采矛盾凸显,大部分油井已不适合电泵方式生产。对于剩余的少部分采用电泵方式生产的油井,根据现场生产情况要适时控制油井生产参数,以稳定地层流压,控制含水上升速度,提高采收率。对于这部分油井,利用中压变频技术进行即时调参,减少了因更换油嘴等操作启停电泵,既能够保护电泵电缆及机组、延长使用寿命,又达到了节能降耗的目的。
In the middle-later period of oilfield development,due to the decreasing of the formation pressure,the poor effort of water flooding and the injection-production problems of formation the electric pumps are not suitable for most wells.In order to stable formation pressure,control the speed of water cut rising and enhance the oil recovery,the production parameters of a small part of electric pump wells should be controlled timely according to well production.For this part of wells,the medium-voltage frequency conversion technology is used to adjust the parameters timely.It can reduce the start-stop time of the electric pump due to the replacement of choke and other operation.This can not only extend the service life of electric pump,cable,and units,but also that the goal of energy-saving and consumption-reducing can be achieved.
