摘要
油田稳压注水是保证油层压力,保证油田稳产的前提和重要保证。通过对注水泵调速运行的节能原理的分析,陆梁油田采用高压大功率变频器进行注水稳压控制改造。系统采用"三冗余"设计技术,实现节能的前提下系统的安全可靠运行,取得了比较大的经济效益。
Voltage regulation water injection in an oilfield is the precondition and inportant assurance to assure the reservoir pressure and realize stable yields.Through analysis of the energy conservation principle of a water injection pump in speed governing operation,Luliang oilfield use the transducer of high voltage and large power to conduct voltage regulation control reconstruction.The system adopts 'three redundance'technology.It realized reliable operation in energy conservation and gained economic benefit.
