摘要
目的观察冠心宁联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛120例,随机分为对照组(60例)和研究组(60例),在常规治疗的基础上,对照组应用冠心宁注射液,研究组应用冠心宁注射液联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺,疗程均为2周。结果对照组总有效率85.0%,研究组总有效率93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论冠心宁联合环磷腺苷葡胺能有效减少心绞痛的发作频率、持续时间,降低疼痛程度,延长发作间期,明显改善心绞痛的临床症状,且不良反应轻微,是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on unstable angina（UA） of coronary heart disease treated by Guanxinning Injection combined with MigIumine Adinosine Cyclophosphate.Methods 60 cases treated with Guanxinning Injection and MigIumine Adinosine Cyclophosphate were randomly recruited in the study group,while 60 cases treated with Guanxinning Injection only were randomly recruited in the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results The efficacty in the study group was 93.3%,while that in the control group was 85.0%.There was significant difference between these two groups（P0.05）.There were no adverse effects in the two groups.Conclusion It is effect of Guanxinning Injection combined with MigIumine Adinosine Cyclophosphate in treatment of unstable angina,which can significantly reduce seizure frequency,persistence time and pain degree,prolong intermission time,improve clinical symptoms with only slight adverse reaction.
