摘要
目的探讨小容量肺叶灌洗治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期矽肺的临床应用价值。方法在我院近3年来已确诊为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期矽肺且进行过肺灌洗的病例中抽取103例为观察组,同时抽取40例矿区已确诊为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期矽肺但未进行过肺灌洗的病例为对照组,观察临床症状、肺功能及胸片检查。结果观察组患者经治疗后临床症状、肺功能部分指标改善与对照组差异有显著性。结论对于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期矽肺患者,虽然无法进行全肺大容量灌洗,但及时通过纤支镜吸引予小容量支气管肺泡灌洗,可有较明显的治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical value of small volume lung lavage in the treatment of stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ silicosis.Methods 103 cases diagnosed as stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ lung silicosis treated by small volume lung lavage in the last three years were chosen from our hospital as the observation group,and 40 cases diagnosed as stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ lung silicosis without using lung lavage were chosen as the control group.Clinical symptoms,chest X-ray examination and lung function were observed and compared.Results The clinical symptoms and lung function of observation more significantly improved with a significant difference compared with the control group after treatment.Conclusion Although patients diagnosed as lung silicosis in stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ can not endure the whole lung lavage,small volume lung lavage via bronchoscope may have a significant treatment effect on these patients,which can be worthy of clinical generalization.
