摘要
地方国有煤矿企业人力资源管理是一个系统化问题,当前人力资源管理过程中还存在一系列问题,需要从多方面、多层次分析管理中的问题,才能采取更好的对策。随着社会经济的发展,地方国有煤矿需要加强员工培训,建立完善的人力资源管理制度,建立公平的分配制度,发挥每一个员工的积极性、创造性、自主性,提高人力资源管理水平,促进企业全面发展。
Human resource management of local state-owned coal enterprise is a systematic problem.There are a range of issues in the process of current human resource management.The problems of management need to be analyzed from various aspects and multilevel,then better measures can be taken.With the development of the social economy,local state-owned coal mines need to strengthen staff training,establish a perfect human resources management institution and establish a fair distribution institution.Through these ways,the local state-owned coal mines can play every employee's enthusiasm,creativity and autonomy,improve human resource management,and promote enterprise-wide development.
