摘要
从构建畜牧业生产经营管理数字化体系、动物疫病监测数字化体系、畜产品消费数字化体系,阐述了科学应急处置重大动物疫情、畜产品安全事件和科学指导畜牧业安全生产的作用和意义。
In this paper,the roles and significances of the construction of the digital management system in animal husbandry production and management,the digital system of animal disease surveillance,the digital system of animal product consumption for the aspects of emergency handling major animal epidemic diseases,animal products safety events and guidancing for safe production were elaborated.
