摘要
针对溧水县水资源特点,分析水资源现状。结合节水型社会建设的要求,采用相应的定额,分析预测了各行业需水量和供水量,分析不同平衡分析方案的缺水度。分析表明,在一次平衡方案下,溧水县近期和远期缺水度均大于30%,处于严重缺水状态。在二次平衡方案下,可以有效地解决缺水问题。
The current situation of water resources in Lishui County is investigate based on its characteristics. According to the requirements for the construction of water saving society, the amounts of water supply and demand for various industries are predicted by use of the relevant quota, and the degrees of water shortage under different balance methods are calculated. The results indicate that the short-term and long-term degrees of water shortage are both greater than 30% by means of the first-order balance method, and it belongs to status with serious water shortage. However, the problem of water shortage will be effectively solved by means of the second-order balance method. The rational and scientific measures should be utilized to efficiently solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources.
