摘要
师德是教师的灵魂。高校师德建设是我国高校教师队伍水平提升的前提,是我国高等教育成功的关键要素。高校师德如何建设才能够适应时代的要求,是目前亟需解决的重要课题之一。文章着重分析了新时期下高校师德所应具备的内涵及要求,希望对我国高校师德建设的研究有所帮助。
Professional morality is the spirit of teachers.The college teachers＇ morality is not only affecting the whole quality of college teachers,but also the education reformation and development.How teachers＇ morality construction meets the requirements of the times is an import subject.This paper analyses mainly about the connotation of college teachers＇ morality hoping to offer reference for the educational research upon this issue.
