摘要
高校师德总体上是积极向上的,但面临着现实的困境。师德是教师之魂,体现、承载和发展着大学精神,它是大学精神的灵魂和基石,是高校的立校之本。新时期重塑大学精神,必须采取有效措施,切实加强师德建设。
Sound as college teachers＇ professional ethics is, there are practical hardships. As the soul of teacher, professional ethics is the base of college spirit. Only when effective efforts are put into construction of teachers＇ morality can college spirit be elevated.
