摘要
探讨研究电子书的发展对图书馆的馆藏布局、服务人员、服务模式和服务环境的影响,以及高校图书馆为适应这种新型数字资源的发展需要开展的两大新服务模式:网络在线阅读服务模式和终端设备外借服务模式,并从电子书资源建设和电子书资源服务两个方面提出新服务模式下的著作权管理办法。
Research and discuss the influence of E-book on the literature layout, librarian, service mode and service environment. And study the two new service mode： online reading mode and terminal equipment lending mode what the university library need to open for the influence of new digital resource, and study how to manage the copyright at two aspects： resources buliding and resources service.
