斜面导板配合后牙垂直牵引对面高的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析斜面导板配合后牙垂直牵引矫治低角型深覆牙合对面部高度的影响。方法选择20例低角型深覆牙合患者,分为试验组及对照组。试验组10例采用HX直丝弓矫治技术,使用斜面导板配合后牙垂直牵引治疗;对照组10例采用HX直丝弓矫治技术,使用斜面导板治疗。两组治疗前后进行X线头影测量,使用SPSS11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果两组患者矫治后齿槽高度和下面高均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组矫治后的下面高分别为(65.20±1.80)mm和(65.35±1.92)mm,组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组打开前牙咬合的平均时间分别为8周和12周。结论斜面导板配合后牙垂直牵引能有效增加后牙齿槽高度,增加下面高。 Objective To analyze the impact of the bite plate with posterior vertical traction treatment on facial height in patients with deep low-angle laminated anterior over bite.Methods Twenty continuous low-angle patients with combined anterior deep overbite case samples were chosen,and the samples were divided into two groups which was the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,HX straight wire appliance and the bite plate with posterior vertical traction were adopted,and in the control group HX straight wire appliance and the bite plate treatment were used.The lateral skull X-ray film positioning before and after treatments were taken,and related measurement and statistical analysis were conducted.Results The posterior upper and lower teeth through height of the two groups of patients was increased after the treatment which indicated a significant difference.The lower part of facial height was increased after the treatment but no statistically means were demonstrated.Conclusion Tooth surface with the bite plate traction can quickly and effectively increase alveolar bone height and the lower part of facial height.
