摘要
目的研究拔除第一磨牙患者矫治前后面部高度的变化。方法28例拔除第一恒磨牙进行矫治的安氏Ⅰ类错患者,矫治前后摄X线头颅侧位片,应用WinCeph7.0头颅侧位定位分析系统软件,通过计算机进行定点测量分析,采用配对t检验比较矫治前后的变化。结果矫治后下面高(ANS-Me)、前面高(N-Me)、后面高(S-Go)、U1-PP、L6-MP较矫治前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OP-MP较矫治前减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SN-MP、FH-MP、PP-FH、PP-MP、上面高、后面高/前面高、上面高/前面高矫治前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拔除第一磨牙的患者,经正畸拔牙矫治后下面高、前面高、后面高均增加,可能原因为下颌磨牙伸长。
Objective To analyze the facial vertical changes of patients after first molar extraction. Methods 28 patients with class I malocclusion with first molar extraction were analyzed with the lateral eephalometric film before and after treatment. All points were measured with WinCeph 7.0 software, paired-samples T test was used to compare the changes between treatment before and after. Results ANS-Me, N-Me, S-Go, U1-PP, L6-MP were all increased signifi- candy after treatment, SN-MP, FH-MP, PP-FH, PP-MP, N-ANS, S-Go/N-Me, N-ANS/N-Me were no significantly different before and after treatment. Conclusion The vertical facial height of patients with first molar extraction after treatment was increased, which may be due to the mandibular molar and maxillary incisor elongation.
