摘要
目的:研究头孢替安盐酸盐合成工艺。方法:以7-氨基头孢霉烷酸为原料,通过三氟化硼催化法制得头孢替安三位中间体,再与氨噻唑乙酰氯反应制得头孢替安盐酸盐。结果:本方法制备简便,适于工业化生产。
Objective：The Synthetic methods of Cefotiam Hydrochloride was studied. Methods： Starting from 7-Amino CepHalosporanic acid, Cefotiam Hydrochloride was obtained via several chemical steps including condensation andelimination in aqueous solvent.Results： The method is simple and convenient and can be scaled up to indusrtrial production.
