摘要
目的 :制备来氟米特脂质体。方法 :采用旋转薄膜 -超声法制备来氟米特脂质体 ,以高效液相色谱法测定来氟米特的含量 ,用均匀设计法优化来氟米特脂质体的处方和制备工艺。结果 :来氟米特脂质体的质量比为胆固醇、抗氧剂及药物与磷脂的比依次为 10∶ 10 0、1∶ 10 0、5∶ 10 0。结论 :来氟米特脂质体呈均一单型 ,有效粒径 10 6nm ,包封率 6 9.2 0 %
OBJECTIVE:To prepare leflunomide liposomes.METHODS:Leflunomide liposomes were prepared by conventional rotary evaporated film ultrasonication method.A method to determine leflunomide by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established.The uniform design coupled with computerized optimization was adopted to screen the formulation and preparation process.RESULTS:The results showed that the ratios of cholesterol,vitamin E,drug and phospholipid were 10∶100,1∶100,5∶100 CONCLUSION:The liposomes were uniform,unilamellar particle with effective diameter of 106 nm and entrapment efficiency of 69 20%
