摘要
目的对水线草的三萜酸成分进行提取分离,并精制得到较纯的单体。方法采用醇提碱洗法,对影响提取的4个因素[醇浓度、醇的用量、提取次数、氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液浓度]进行正交实验设计,优化提取工艺;用高效液相色谱系统测定所提取的白桦脂酸的含量;纯化采用重结晶法。结果最佳提取条件是6倍量97%乙醇超声提取3次,1%NaOH溶液洗涤浸膏至洗液接近无色。结论该提取方法适合于工业化,重结晶可精制得到高纯度的三萜酸。
Objective To extract the triterpenoid acid in Hedyotis Corymbosa and refine the pure monomer with a purity of more than 95%, Methods Ethanol was used to extract and NaOH for washing. The four factors for extraction were investigated by the orthogonal design to optimize the technology. HPLC was used to determine the content of triterpenoid acid. Results The optimum extracting conditions were six times quantity of 97% ethanol, three times of extraction , 1% NaOH to wash. Conclusion This method is suitable for industrialization, High purity of triterpenoid acid was producing after refining.
