摘要
体系的酸碱度直接影响着羟丙基瓜胶粉溶胀、溶解的过程,也影响着压裂液冻胶的形成及其性能。本文阐述了羟丙基瓜胶原胶液配制时,在中性或弱酸性的配液水中,能加快瓜胶粉溶胀溶解成胶液,是快速配制原胶液的有效方法;瓜胶液与硼砂形成冻胶的速度及冻胶的耐热抗剪性能,也受体系的酸碱度影响。体系的酸碱度关系到压裂液性能和压裂施工的成败。
PH value of system directly affected the swelling and soluble process of Hydroxypropyl Guar (HPG) powder, and forming and performance of fracturing fluid jelly. In neutrality or weak acid preparation fluid, guar gum powder could be dissolved rapidly, it was the effective method on fast preparation hydroxypropylguar gum original glue fluid. And the PH value of system also affected the forming speed and resisting shear property of jelly which is formed by guar fluid and borax. pH value of system of system also affected the performance of fracturing fluid and success of fracturing operation.
