摘要
为解决目前石油压裂行业配液技术和设备落后、配液速度慢、精度差、稳定性不好、基液中胶粉分散不均匀等问题,北京天然植物胶发展中心研制了石油压裂液高效快速混配车。该车的技术指标设计如下:能够连续配制基液,配液速度最高达到1 5m3/min,基液中胶粉分散均匀,黏度波动范围小,在5min内基液的黏度达到实验室黏度90%以上。混配车交付大庆油田使用后,通过工业试验对技术指标进行考核,试验结果证明该车的各项指标满足设计要求。
In the light of lagging technique and equipment for preparation of petroleum fracturing liquid,Beijing Development Center of Plant Gum has developed a mixing truck for quick preparation of the fracturing liquid.The truck has a function of continuous matrix preparation and maximal mixing rate of 1.5m^3/min.The prepared matrix-liquid has homogeneous gum-powder dispersion and a narrow range of viscosity fluctuation. The viscosity of prepared matrix is up to 90% of laboratory viscosity.Through commercial tests conducted in Daqing Oil Field,the technical performance of the truck was examined. The testing results have proved that the performance of the truck is in conformity with the design demands.
