摘要
为促进河北省花卉业的发展 ,特对河北省花卉生产的现有规模、年生产值、经营种类及市场发展状况等加以分析和思考。并提出了加大投资力度、统筹规划、合理布局、加强社会化服务体系的建设、科研与生产相配套、培养专门人才等合理化建议。
In order to make a great progress in floriculture industry of Hebei Province, this paper firstly gives elaborate analyses and deep thoughts on its present production scale, speices, annual output value as well as market state.Then, according to above analyses, some rational proposals were put forward, such as increasing investment, overall planning to gain rational distribution, strengthenning the construction of social service system, combinning scientific research with production and training more specialized personnel in this field.
