摘要
目的应用计算流体力学方法对4例正常人体腹主动脉内血流情况进行数值模拟,通过分析计算获得血流动力学参数,讨论腹主动脉内复杂的血流情况与动脉粥样硬化疾病的关系,为临床的预防与诊断提供帮助。方法选择的临床增强C T图像数据为D icom格式,层间距为0.5 m m,每片图像的平面分辨率为512×512,像素大小为0.5 m m。应用医学图像后处理软件对临床获得的C T医学图像数据进行处理重构,并转化为可用于数值计算的真实的人体腹主动脉三维解剖模型。应用计算流体力学(C FD)方法基于三维解剖模型进行数值计算。结果获得了正常人体腹主动脉分叉内在心动周期内不同时刻的血流动力学参数。结论计算流体力学数值模拟方法为在个体腹主动脉内进行仿真模拟血流动力学分析提供了可靠方法。腹主动脉分叉内复杂的血流情况与动脉粥样硬化疾病的产生与发展存在一定联系,为心血管疾病的临床诊断与治疗提供一定的帮助。
【Objectives】To analyze the relationship between hemodynamic parameters and atherosclerotic disease,and provide the help for clinical prevention and diagnosis though the simulation on CT-based three-dimensional image reconstruction of four normal human abdominal aorta.【Methods】CT images that got from clinical check was DICOM format,layer distance 0.5 mm,plane resolution 512×512 and pixel size 0.5 mm.Apply medical image post-processing software to reconstruct the clinical two-dimensional CT reconstruction of medical images,obtaining the three-dimensional anatomize model and then changed to the model for simulation.Apply the CFD software to simulate the blood flow within the abdominal aorta,obtaining the relevant hemodynamic parameters.【Results】The relevant hemodynamic parameters of abdominal aorta at different time were calculated by CFD software.【Conclusion】Computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method provided a reliable method for analyzing the simulating blood flow dynamics of individual abdominal aortic arch.There is a certain relationship between the complex blood flow in abdominal aortic bifurcation and the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic disease,and this method will provide some help for cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment.
