摘要
制备了3种不同类型的光热转换涂层──喷涂高分子涂层、电镀黑铬涂层和物理气相沉积氮氧化钛涂层,测试了涂层的力学性能和光学性能。将不同涂层试样做成平板板芯,装配成平板集热器,测试了3种平板集热器的集热性能。结果表明,物理气相沉积氮氧化钛涂层集热器的集热性能最好,电镀黑铬涂层次之,但静电喷涂高分子涂层集热器在低温使用时性价比更高。
Three different types ofphotothermal conversion coatings were prepared, including sprayed macromolecular coating, electroplated black chromium coating, and physically vapor deposited titanium nitride oxide coating. The mechanical and optical properties of the three coatings were tested. Three flat-plate thermal collectors were assembled with the board cores manufactured by using the three different coatings. The thermal performance of the three flat-plate thermal collector was examined. The results showed that the thermal performance of the collector with physically vapor deposited titanium nitride oxide coating is the best, and the black chromium plating coating is better, but the thermal collector with electrostatically sprayed macromolecular coating has the highest price/performance ratio during use at low temperature.
