摘要
设计了一种易与建材形成一体的平板式太阳能集热器.该集热器的芯板和外框采用耐腐蚀铝合金,挤压成型,无焊接点,抗腐蚀性极好;结构比较薄,质量轻,整体性和刚度较好;各部件间采用非永久固定接合,给安装、拆卸、维修和更换带来很大便利;太阳能吸收面采用高吸收率微细复合涂料.测试结果表明,该集热器的平均集热效率在50%以上.
A kind of flat-plate solar collector was designed which can be integrated easily with construction materials. The absorption plates and frames of the collector use the corrosion resistant Al-alloy and the extrusion forming process without welding points, so its corrosion resistance is very good. The collector has a thinner cross-sectional structure, light mass, good integrity and rigidity. And the junction of parts is impermanent, thus it is convenient for installation, removal, maintenance and exchange of the collectors. Selective absorber is of high-absorbent complex paint. On the basis of experimental results, the average collection efficiency of collectors is 50% or more.
