摘要
对铸造铝合金材料在强韧化方面进行了探讨,主要分析了Fe元素和变质工艺对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:Fe含量越低铝合金力学性能越好,在试验中铝合金的含Fe量均控制在0.14%以下;熔炼时采用Sr变质,加入方式为Al-Sr合金,效果优于稀土。
Strengthening and toughening of cast aluminum alloy were studied, and influence of Fe content and modifying process on alloy mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that, when the Fe content gets lower, the mechanical properties become better. Fe content should be controlled less than 0.14%; Sr, as A1-Sr alloy, is used for modification, which has better effect than rare earth.
