摘要
Sr是铝合金理想的变质剂,但过变质后对合金组织有何影响?为此本文研究了Sr对新型铸造Al-Si-Mg铝合金的过变质现象。结果发现,过量的Sr变质处理,使得试样组织恶化,出现较多的块状偏聚三元共晶组织,割裂基体,同时晶间腐蚀严重,导致试样的力学性能显著下降;通过二次熔炼处理,可在一定程度上改善试样的微观组织结结构,提高其力学性能。
Sr is an ideal modifier for aluminum alloy,but how does Sr excessive modifying influence on aluminium alloy? So the influence of Sr excessive modifying on the new cast Al-Si-Mg alloy was studied.The results show that excess Sr modifying makes the sample microstructure deterioration,there are more massive ternary eutectic segregation to split the matrix,at the same time,presentting severe intergranular corrosion,which makes mechanical properties of samples noticeable decline.Through secondary smelting processing,to a certain extent,the microstructure of the samples and its mechanical properties improve.
