摘要 分子印迹固相萃取材料具有高特异性识别能力,能从复杂基质样品中选择性地分离富集目标物,在复杂样品前处理领域中展现出巨大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。介绍了分子印迹固相萃取的原理,综述了近年来分子印迹固相萃取材料在食品安全、环境监测、生物样品分析等领域中检测痕量物质的研究进展,并评述了其应用中存在的问题和发展前景。 Molecular imprinted solid phase extraction (MI-SPE) has specific recognition ability, they can separate and enrich analytes from complicated matrix with high selectivity, which have great development potential and application prospect in complicated sample preparation. The basic principle of MI-SPE is summarized, and the development of MI-SPE about the trace analytical method in the fields of food safety, environmental monitor, and biological samples analysis is introduced, and the prospects of application are discussed.
